Ian and heather are the principals behind Sympas, through which they make strategic, impactful investments in entrepreneurs, with the goal of making them wildly successful. Entrepreneurs are the agents of growth for an economy. Without entrepreneurs there is no business, and without business there is no economic growth. Through a hands on approach of mentoring, skill assessment, strengths coaching and capital, they promote entrepreneurial growth--growth not only of business revenue and profitability but especially personal growth of the entrepreneur. They are also actively involved as country team leaders, through Partners Worldwide, in the wonderful country of El Salvador. They have been married for over 25 years and reside in the Orlando Florida area.
